About Mandy Shea

Born and raised in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, my heart led me back home after spending almost two decades in Minnesota and Texas in 2021. I aim to be your local expert.

My journey—steeped in art, photography, travel, math, and technology—has uniquely equipped me to serve your real estate needs with unmatched passion and precision. 

From drawing dream house floor plans as a very young child to mastering geometry and computer-aided design (CAD), my passion for organizing and design has been a constant. As a teen and young adult, I worked in the hotel industry, including family-run businesses. My academic path took me to the Art Institutes of Dallas and Minnesota, where I graduated in 2006 with a degree in Interactive Media and Web Design. My education encompassed marketing, communications, coding, and design, equipping me with a robust toolkit that I’ve leveraged across the tourism, travel, and property management sectors. As a young professional in my leadership role as a Regional Marketing Manager, I led my team to winning the VRMA International Excellence Award for Best Marketing Campaign.
